APOSTILLE AUTHENTICATIONS

Your payment is 100% Refundable after paying for your order, if your document(s) have not yet been processed with an Apostille, Authentication, Translation or Notary Public Service and No Shipping Labels have been utilized.

If your Apostille or Authentication Order was completed and you were unsatisfied with your order within 30 days of the original purchase, we will refund 50% of your payment less any Shipping, Translation, and Notary fees upon receiving your Apostille or Authentication Certificate back.

We highly recommend contacting the foreign country’s receiving party or entity of the Apostille or Authentication before submitting or sending us your document(s) to be processed to ask them if the manner in which we will be processing your document(s) will be Valid, Acceptable and/or Permitted by them. Some receiving entities in different countries have stricter or different rules, procedures and/or regulations for the Apostille and Authentication of documents and may Reject your 123 Apostille processed documents. Some may or may not allow documents to be Apostilled or Authenticated through a Notary Public’s Copy Certification. We cannot fully guarantee that your documents will be accepted, due to the multiple variety of obtaining Apostille or Authentications for different documents, so please Double Check with the entity that requested the Apostille or Authentication from you.
